Board of Trustees: The Board of Trustees is the highest decision-making body of the Foundation. It shall convene at least once a year and shall be responsible for electing the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, deciding the general policies regarding the activities of the Foundation, approving the business plans prepared by the Board of Directors in line with strategic goals with or without any amendments and adding provisions and making amendments to the Articles of Foundation when necessary.
Board of Directors: The Board of Directors shall be elected for a period of 2 years by the Board of Trustees. It shall convene at least every two months and shall be responsible for taking and implementing any decision in line with the purposes of the Foundation.
Supervisory Board: The Supervisory Board shall be elected for a period of 2 years by the Board of Trustees. It shall be responsible for supervising the activities and accounts of the Foundation on behalf of the Board of Trustees.
Executive Board: The Executive Board shall be elected for a period of 2 years by the Board of Directors. It shall be responsible for carrying out the activities of the Commercial Enterprise efficiently and carry out any acts of disposal on behalf of the Commercial Enterprise.
Foundation Management and Employees: The Board of Directors shall appoint the General Director and other administrative staff in order to achieve the goals of the Foundation. There shall be 4 main units within the Foundation which shall serve individuals with Cerebral Palsy.
